- General information on data processing
2.1. Scope of processing personal data
We process personal data of the users of the website only to the extent necessary for providing a functional website as well as its content and services. The processing of personal data of the users generally occurs only after the user's consent. An exception applies in cases where the processing of data is permitted by legal provisions.
2.2. Legal basis for processing personal data
Insofar as we obtain the consent of the data subject for the processing of personal data, Art. 6 (1) lit. a of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) serves as the legal basis. When processing personal data necessary for fulfilling a membership relationship considering the purposes of the articles of association, Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR serves as the legal basis. This also applies to processing operations required to carry out pre-contractual measures. Insofar as the processing of personal data is necessary for fulfilling a legal obligation, Art. 6 (1) lit. c GDPR serves as the legal basis. If the processing is necessary to protect the vital interests of the data subject or another natural person, Art. 6 (1) lit. d GDPR serves as the legal basis. If the processing is necessary for safeguarding our legitimate interests or those of a third party, and if the interests, fundamental rights, and freedoms of the data subject do not override the first-mentioned interest, Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR serves as the legal basis for the processing.
2.3. Data deletion and storage period
The personal data will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies. Further storage may occur if provided for by European or national legislation in EU regulations, laws, or other rules to which the controller is subject. Data will also be blocked or deleted if a storage period prescribed by these regulations expires unless further storage is necessary for the conclusion or fulfillment of a contract.

When accessing our website, information is automatically stored on our server through the browser used on your device. The following information is collected without your intervention and stored until automatic deletion:
- IP address of the requesting computer,
- the individual web pages visited and names of the retrieved files,
- date and time of access,
- the result of whether the request was successfully processed or not,

- the browser used and possibly the operating system of your computer as well as the name of your access provider.
The mentioned data is processed by us for the following purposes:
- Ensuring a smooth connection to the website,
- Ensuring comfortable use of our website,
- Evaluation of system security and stability, and
- Other administrative purposes.
The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest follows from the purposes of data collection listed above.
The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. In the case of data collected for the provision of the website, this is the case when the respective session is terminated.
- Contact form and email contact
A contact form is available on our website, which can be used for electronic contact. If a user takes advantage of this option, the data entered in the input mask will be transmitted to us and stored. The data includes the name and email address. The processing of personal data from the input mask serves solely to handle the contact request. Additionally, it is possible to contact us via a provided email address. In this case, the personal data transmitted with the email will be stored. When contacting us via email, the required legitimate interest in processing the data also lies therein.
The data will be used exclusively for processing the conversation unless expressly submitted for other purposes. The legal basis for data processing, with the user’s consent, is Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR. The legal basis for processing data transmitted through an email is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. If the email contact aims at concluding a membership relationship, the additional legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR. The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary for achieving the purpose for which it was collected. For personal data from the contact form’s input mask and data transmitted by email, this is the case when the conversation with the user is concluded. The conversation is concluded when it can be inferred from the circumstances that the matter in question has been finally resolved. The user can revoke their consent to the processing of personal data at any time. In such a case, the conversation cannot be continued.
